HR Department Organizes Wide Range of Workshops

The Human Resources Directorate recently partnered with Makassed Educator-Pro and WYDNER Coaches to offer a series of workshops aimed at improving engagement, productivity, and retention levels of its workforce.
These workshops have welcomed participants from all levels and functions, from admins to doctors and nurses. An enriching cross-functional approach that has nurtured diverse viewpoints and collective growth.
Workshops covered a wide range of topics, including time management, motivation, delegation, active listening, problem-solving, and customer care. Facilitators have also used a variety of methodologies, such as group discussions, team activities, and role-playing.
Participants positively welcomed and appreciated the practical learning, great experiences, and diverse perspectives they have offered.
One participant said: “The workshops have helped me to develop new skills and improve my communication skills. I am now able to manage my time and motivate my team in a better manner.” “The workshops have been a great opportunity to learn from other professionals and share my own experiences. I feel more confident and empowered in my role”, said another.
