Intensive Training Courses at Ward Al Makassed in cooperation with UNDP
By Ward Al Makassed Center kicked off intensive training courses in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), covering food preparation and catering, housekeeping, and childcare, from November 2022 to February 2023.
The 80 students, who graduated from this program distributed as follows: 20 housekeeping, 40 food preparation and catering, and 20 childcare.
At the end of the course, the trainees were subjected to practical training for a period of 20 days in several facilities at Al Makassed Philanthropic Islamic Association of Beirut, including Makassed School for Vocational and Technical Education, the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Ward Al Makassed Center, Tiny World nursery, in addition to the Commodore Hotel and the Dar Al Aytam Nursery.
