Vocational and Technical Center Forges Partnership with Lebanese Badminton Federation

Makassed Vocational and Technical Center and the Lebanese Badminton Federation and signed a cooperation agreement, in the presence and patronage of Makassed President, Dr. Faisal Sinno, alongside members of the Board of Trustees. Joining the ceremony were the President of the Lebanese Federation, Vice President of the International Federation Jassem Kanso, and members of the Federation’s Administrative Committee.
The agreement sets forth a comprehensive framework encompassing the training of badminton instructors, organization of matches, and active participation in local, Arab, regional, and international tournaments and courses.
Dr. Sinno extended his gratitude and appreciation to the president and members of the Federation, underscoring the role of this agreement in fostering a culture of sportsmanship among Makassed’s educators and students. He articulated his strong belief in the positive outcomes of the partnership with the Lebanese Badminton Federation, affirming Makassed commitment to promoting holistic development through sports activities.
M. Kanso emphasized the significance of nurturing budding athletes through collaboration with a historical educational institution like Makassed. He praised the commitment of Makassed’s Board of Trustees, led by Dr. Sinno, highlighting the responsibility placed on the Federation to uphold its end of the agreement. He pledged the Federation’s dedication to providing training courses and opportunities for Makassed’s professors and students to participate in local and international championships, courses, and competitions, ensuring the realization of shared goals.
